It’s St Patricks’ Day on 17th March. This is one of my favourite festivals as it’s a great excuse to get together and celebrate with family and friends. Everyone has their favourite Paddy’s day tipple, whether it’s Guinness or Irish whiskey or something else entirely, so I’d thought I’d share a recipe for my own particular favourite with you - Irish coffee!
Irish Coffee:
A mug of black coffee
A shot of Jamesons
2 teaspoons sugar
Squirty or fresh whipped cream
1. Make a large mug of black coffee and stir in two teaspoons of sugar.
2. Then add a shot of Jamesons (or other Irish whiskey)
3. Finish with a squirt of cream from a can, or a couple of spoons of fresh whipped cream, but don’t stir!
