Pre-treating your carpets prior to washing them tackles high traffic areas and even the most stubborn stains and ground in dirt to give the most effective clean.
Some carpet washers, including several from Vax, include a pre-treatment cleaning system to which specifically targets embedded dirt and stains and starts to work on breaking down problem areas before you start washing the carpet. These are ideal for areas that get a lot of traffic such as the foot of sofas, hallways, in front of doors or where pets lie.
How to pre-treat your carpets:
- Wave the pre-treatment applicator over the area you want to treat, pressing the trigger to release the pre-treatment solution spray.
- The pre-treatment formula immediately starts breaking down the embedded and ground in dirt, giving you a deeper clean.
- Simply, leave for 10 minutes and wash as normal.
